Returns and Cancellation Support Information For Internet or Telephone Orders
Nights in Iron (Millside Holdings Ltd) adhere to the statutory U.K. Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
Returns: 'No Quibble Returns Policy'
When you purchase online or by telephone and, although we doubt this could ever be likely, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase. Tell us within 7 days of receipt and you can return it without a problem for any reason whatsoever (other than it being defective or an error, see below), with no questions or penalties. That's how sure we are you will love our beds.
You can contact us by telephone initially on 01963 32994, but you must also write (emailed, faxed or posted) within those 7 days, telling us you wish to return the goods. Telling us just with a phonecall alone will not be sufficient for returns or cancellations. You do not need to give a reason at all, but we would always appreciate you letting us know why you were not satisfied.
However, it is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and or packaging. It is therefore a good idea to keep the packaging safe until you are totally satisfied. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable in the original packaging, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to you.
The only charge made to you for returns will be the normal collection/delivery charge. Usually we can arrange for collection of the product from your residence within our standard weekly delivery schedule.
You should be aware that once we begin the collection process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us or our contractors. In other words, if you decide that you do like the bed after all, we will still have to charge the collection/delivery cost.
Exemptions:
We regret that we cannot accept returns of the following products and they are exempt from the statutory 7 day cooling off period:
Mattresses that have been unsealed and removed from the original packaging; your right to cancel will have ended for reasons of health and hygiene, as the product will be deemed to have be used.
Products that have been made to a customer’s personal requirement or are of a personalised type.
Defective items:
You can always return a product if it is faulty. Should you find your products to be defective please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of faulty goods. You will also be required to put the fault in writing, which may be emailed, faxed or posted.
Delivery/Collection Charges:
If you are returning an item because it is faulty or because of an error on our part, we will be happy to repair or replace the item, with no extra delivery charges being incurred.
Should you wish to return the product for any other reason, we reserve the right to charge you the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase/return.
On receipt of the products, we will process your request and normally we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price of the product, excluding any delivery or service charges within 28 days.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Nights in Iron use 128-bit encryption (this technology scrambles the data relating to your account to ensure that your information cannot be read by anyone else) and constantly update our technologies in line with new security measures.
At Nights in Iron we are aware of the concerns customers have about entering their card details when carrying out a transaction. We have implemented a number of measures to ensure that paying for goods on our website is as safe as possible:
All information transmitted to us is encrypted (scrambled) whilst it is sent over the Internet. This makes it very difficult for this data to be intercepted. You will be asked to enter the CV2 security number from the back of your credit or debit card. This helps to reduce the risk of Internet fraud being carried out.
We also use the Verisign secured seal and the Mastercard SecureCode systems. Both are independent, industry-recognised systems which allow you to validate the authenticity of the site you are visiting and provide extra security protection on your card details.
